How do I list an item for sale?
Click "Sell" in the top navigation, fill out the listing form with your item details and photos, and hit Publish. Listings are free and typically go live within a few minutes.
How do I know if a listing is legit?
Look for sellers with verified badges, multiple reviews, and a history of completed sales. Check the "Device Verified" badge which means the IMEI/serial has been checked. Read our Safety Tips page for more guidance.
What payment methods are safe?
For local transactions, cash is safest. For shipped items, use PayPal Goods & Services which offers buyer protection. Never use wire transfers, gift cards, Zelle Friends & Family, or cryptocurrency.
Can I return an item?
Reboot Market is a peer-to-peer marketplace, so return policies are between buyer and seller. We recommend inspecting items thoroughly before completing a transaction. If you believe you were scammed, contact us immediately.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Click "Report this listing" at the bottom of any listing page, or contact us using the form below. We review all reports within 24 hours and remove listings that violate our policies.
Why can't I edit my profile?
Profile editing is temporarily disabled while we upgrade our account system. We expect it to be back online soon. Contact support if you need urgent changes.
