About Reboot Market

Reboot Market started in 2020 as a side project by a couple of engineers in San Francisco who were tired of dealing with flaky buyers and scammy sellers on general-purpose classifieds sites. We wanted a marketplace that was built specifically for used electronics, with features that actually matter for tech buyers and sellers: device verification, battery health reporting, and a community that knows the difference between "Fair" and "Good" condition.

Today we have over 8,000 active members and have facilitated more than 45,000 transactions. We're still a small team (7 people, all remote), and we're still focused on the same thing: making it easy to buy and sell used tech without getting burned.
